“As a product manager, I devise and develop new tracking and management systems that enable growers around the world to tackle challenges in labour and information management. I also search for suitable solutions to the key issues affecting growers today, such labour shortages and shrinking profit margins. What I like about this work is that our smart solutions help growers and their employees make day-to-day greenhouse operations easier and more enjoyable. Working together to make the impossible possible is what gives me the greatest satisfaction.”

“As a logistics process engineer, I work with my colleagues to improve Ridder’s operational processes. We start out by looking at what customers need and want, and we work every day to provide them with Ridder products – on time, complete, right first time and at the best price. We look for areas where there is waste or redundancy in our processes, and together we come up with inventive solutions to eliminate that waste, so that we can create even more value for our customers. It gives me a lot of satisfaction to see people around me growing, and processes running more efficiently.”

Office Manager

“I have now been working as an Office Manager at Ridder for more than two years. My role is coordination, and making sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I provide support to the Managing Director of Growing Solutions. There are so many opportunities to grow and develop at Ridder, and I value the autonomy we have and the international working environment – we have offices in France, Spain, Canada, China, Mexico and the US.”
