Your role within Ridder:

As a Technical Expert at Ridder, you have a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support. You are the support/escalation of the 1st line (help desk/colleague in the field) within your area of expertise water. You are the link between customers/service and R&D and Engineering, looking for customer solutions and improvements. Your area of expertise is on the control technical climate, substrate and water treatment systems in (greenhouse) horticulture.

You are responsible for identifying, analyzing and solving complex technical issues, which are not easily solved in the field. In addition, you are involved in designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of our end users.
