COVID-19 statement Ridder Group

As a result of the tightened measures concerning the coronavirus, we as the Ridder Group are firmly committed to their implementation and taking the necessary steps to help prevent further spread of the virus.

The health of our employees, customers and suppliers is paramount. That is why we have adopted the following measures, which will provisionally remain in force until 28th April:

  • Measures have been taken at our production sites to protect the health of personnel that must be present.
  • In addition, our office staff at all our branches in the Netherlands and abroad are working from home where possible. Despite working from home, our employees remain in contact with one another and you can reach us as usual.
  • The Ridder Group can continue to be contacted via the usual telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. Our staffing levels are normal and our office hours are and will remain unchanged.
  • Our sales and support departments will remain operational and you can of course also contact us if you need help with a technical failure.
  • As currently we cannot travel by plane, customer visits that require air travel are not possible.
  • Customers or suppliers with scheduled appointments will be contacted in advance to determine whether the appointment can be conducted as an online meeting (using Skype, for example).

In this way, we wish to make our contribution to the measures taken and be of maximum service to you in these exceptional circumstances.

At the moment, we do not expect any direct logistical problems that could jeopardize the delivery of our products or services, but we do not rule out that this may change due to further restrictions on free movement. We will of course keep you informed about the current status of deliveries and services. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or telephone.
