YOUR ROLE WITHIN RIDDER
In this versatile (A to Z) role, you will work as a commercial jack-of-all-trades within our Sales Team. This means that you will clearly identify the wishes of our customers, and that you will be able to draw up quotations and orders independently. You work on building the relationship of trust with our existing customers and actively seek new customers. Quality, ownership and speed of action are your trademark. You make every effort to provide your customer with the right information as quickly as possible. You are responsible for the correct, timely and complete handling of quotations, provide and obtain the relevant information regarding sales orders and you also ensure the smooth processing of these orders. In case of any problems, you are proactive and make every effort to facilitate matters as smoothly as possible for your customer. Furthermore, you can independently answer first-line questions from our customers, preferably also provide appropriate technical advice and product information. Within our organization you will have the opportunity to work and develop within a strong growing and ambitious organization. WHAT DO YOU BRING?
You have an MBO+/HBO work/thought level (commercial/technical) or through experience
You have at least 3 years of practical commercial experience
You are energized by helping people, both external and internal customers, and are enthusiastic about designing processes smarter.
You think problem-solving and are able to take others along with you;
You have good communication and solution-oriented or customer-oriented skills
WHAT DO YOU BRING EXTRA?
You have affinity with the horticultural sector;
You preferably have experience with Dynamics Business Central and CRM systems.
Good command of the Dutch and English language
You are creative, results-oriented, customer-oriented and have a good sense of humor
