Booth 01.223 will feature a broad range of solutions for climate control, energy savings, irrigation, and drive systems.
The introduction of Hortimax Plus completes Ridder’s process automation portfolio, says Product Manager Kemal Özcan. “Around the world, there is a growing need for a future-ready and cost-efficient climate computer that automates all essential climate, water, and energy processes. Hortimax Plus bridges the gap between premium quality and affordability, delivering everything needed to manage complex greenhouse processes while keeping the investment accessible. High-end automation is now within reach for a broader group of growers.”
Hortimax Plus automates the essential water, climate, and energy processes while maintaining ease of use. Its straightforward installation is especially appealing to dealers. In addition, growers using Hortimax Plus can benefit from a mobile app for remote monitoring and control. It also supports the integration of third-party sensors, such as substrate sensors.
Smartdrive: precise control of climate screens
At the booth, Ridder will also demonstrate the Smartdrive concept, the innovative drive system for ventilation and screen motors. In an eye-catching live setup, two climate screens will be powered by Smartdrive motors and controlled through a Ridder climate computer. The setup highlights precise positioning, digital control, and real-time interaction between the drive system, the screen, and the climate computer.
Climate screens: insight into energy savings
Energy costs continue to put increasing pressure on greenhouse profitability. At the booth, Ridder will demonstrate how much energy growers can save by selecting the right climate screens solution. A heated demonstration setup provides a realistic view of the different application possibilities. Product experts will also offer personal advice on the most suitable screen solution for each specific situation.
Fertimix Go: precision fertigation for every growing system
Ridder will also present Fertimix Go, the user-friendly and affordable fertilizer dosing system for growers looking to automate their irrigation. Fertimix Go is a mixing tank unit equipped with a Hortimax Go climate computer, which also creates additional functionality. By applying water and nutrients efficiently and precisely, Fertimix optimizes crop quality. The result is lower costs, less waste, and a more stable crop.
Tomato harvesting robot in action
Anyone who wants to see what robotics can mean in practice for tomato production can attend a demonstration of the Ridder tomato harvesting robot. In recent years, the technology for robotic tomato picking and packing has advanced rapidly. The robot will be demonstrated live at booth 01.124.
GreenTech 2026 will take place from June 9 through 11 at RAI Amsterdam. Ridder can be found at booths 01.223 and 01.124 (tomato harvesting robot). Free admission tickets are available via marketing@ridder.com, while supplies last.
