As an International Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating the budgeted turnover and margin in your regions and strengthening Ridder’s position. You will achieve this through active sales funnel management, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, conducting market analyses, drawing up sales plans, determining the best sales strategy and executing it. You will maintain and strengthen existing relationships and create new ones, which may include both dealers and end users (horticultural businesses). You will work closely with your inside sales buddy.
You are an experienced sales manager, with experience in international sales. You thrive on hunting for new relationships as well as managing existing ones. You know how to represent Ridder as an ambassador in the market and translate client demands into suitable sales solutions. You take responsibility and ownership and are passionate about achieving results.
